Since we first selected Corporate Facility Services several years ago, they have continued to provide the professional Project Managers we needed, when we needed them and with the right qualifications for the job. While they initially supplemented our staff, today CFS provides all of the Project Managers for our Facilities Department at the Menlo Park Campus. They are our partners in the planning and executions of all capital projects offering Tyco Electronics a great combination of flexibility and performance. We depend upon CFS daily and will continue to use their services for all future projects. CFS provides the base for our new Facilities Outsource Model. Our customers only pay for the services as they use them rather than an annual allocation.
